Navigate Relationships On The Brink With Confidence

From Confusion to Personal Clarity.

Change the cycle of fighting to find the relationship you deserve.

Relationships can bring immense joy but also significant challenges. When conflicts arise, the connection you once cherished may feel increasingly distant. It’s exhausting to consider improvements, yet unsustainable to continue as is. Often, couples find themselves stuck in a cycle of conflict and isolation, unable to find a way out on their own. An objective guide can provide the necessary disruption to this cycle, offering tools and collaborative support to identify the right steps forward. By understanding what to enhance and what to reduce, you can stop struggling alone and start rebuilding your relationship.

Meet Lyn

Founder of Attached and Relationships on the Brink.

I’m Lynda Martin, and I know how painful it can feel to stand at the edge of your relationship, unsure what comes next. My work is about helping couples find clarity before making life-changing decisions, and supporting therapists who want to feel more equipped with clients in crisis. With advanced training in Discernment Counseling and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), I bring both compassion and structure to the moments when everything feels on the line.

A cat sleeping on a cream-colored blanket on a green pet bed and a dog curled up on a gray armchair in a corner of a room.

  • Lily Cat: 12 years old. She is the boss of her two dog sisters. Loves naps. Will meow at clients if they interfere with her dinner or when she feels like it.

Harley (sister of Quinn): 3 years old. Is afraid of most things. Loves her bed, tolerates her cat sister’s cuddles.

Every day I call ‘Time For Work,’ and these two leave their beds and come right to work -to then go right back to sleep.
