Couples & Relationships: Stuck in Endless Cycles
For relationships trapped in conflict, betrayal, and isolation—discover a path to break free from your endless cycles.
Long Term Relationships Can Get Complicated
We fall into patterns in our partnerships that can lead us right back to the past. The fights feel constant and inevitable, you walk on eggshells, not knowing if anything will ever truly change. When we feel unsteady we reach for what’s familiar, old patterns of protection that prevent us from authentic connection. How can you connect when things feel so uncertain?
Talk It Out
-
Breaking Cycles: Healing Old Hurt is a guided experience for couples and partners who want to stop replaying the same old fights. Together, you’ll look at the patterns you built long ago, how they sneak into your relationship when love feels under threat, and how to shift them with more honesty and compassion. Whether you’re monogamous, polyamorous, or somewhere in between, this is about breaking free from survival mode and building connections that last.

Relationship Reset
-
This 3-session intensive is for couples who feel stuck in the same argument, the same silence, or the same emotional distance—no matter how many times they’ve tried to fix it. Using a deep yet practical approach, we’ll help you identify the automatic moves each of you makes when things get hard (think: shutting down, lashing out, going into fix-it mode), and how those moves interact to create your unique Stance-Stance-Dance.
You’ll learn:
What you each tend to do when you feel hurt, misunderstood, or overwhelmed
How those patterns trigger and reinforce each other, even when you both have good intentions
What it looks like to respond from a more grounded, open version of yourself—even in the heat of the moment
How to stop the cycle before it escalates, and repair when it does
You’ll walk away with a clear map of your dynamic, practical tools to shift it, and a deeper understanding of what’s really driving the disconnection—so you can start relating in a way that actually feels like you again.

3-session series for neurodiverse couples or parents of neurodivergent kids
Each session is 75 minutesWhether you’re parenting a neurodivergent child or navigating a relationship where one or both of you are neurodivergent (diagnosed or self-identified), things can get lost in translation. What one person experiences as calm, the other might feel as shutdown. What seems like disinterest could be overstimulation or burnout. You care deeply—but connection can still feel hard to reach.
This package is for couples who want to better understand each other’s brains, reduce daily friction, and build a relationship that honors both partners’ needs—without forcing anyone to mask or contort themselves.
In this 3-session series, Paula helps you:
Identify how your nervous systems and communication styles are wired
Explore the impact of executive functioning, sensory sensitivity, and emotional regulation in your relationship
Untangle common parenting or partner misunderstandings around roles, routines, and expectations
Learn language and structures that support clarity, empathy, and flexibility
Between-session tools are customized to your dynamic—because one-size-fits-all doesn’t work when no two brains are wired the same.

“The rule that surpasses all rules is that you must be connected, willing to see what's in front of you, and willing to move if what you're doing isn't working.”— Terrence Real
Find Connection in the Uncertainty
Using direct, compassionate, and, at times, brutally honest feedback we will work together to examine the reality of the relaitonship. We look at what the relationship is today, not what it was that we hoped for, or what our negative visions of our partner tell us. Once we wake up and see what it is, we can start the real work of building something worth fighting for. You get to build the relaitonship you deserve, to begin we have to mend our relationships to ourselves, take accountability for wounds in the relationship and do the hard work of change.
