Step 3: Buckle Up
We will embark on a full-day reset guided by Lynda Martin, LMFT — couples therapist, trauma specialist, and expert in helping partners on the brink.
Over the day, we will have:
Interactive conversations, exercises, and real tools you can use at home.
A supportive, intimate group setting (limited to 5 couples).
Breaks for stretching, enjoying refreshments, and reflecting on your relationship.
Lunch will be provided, but you are free to venture out on your own!

A couples intensive is a full-day experience that goes deeper than weekly therapy sessions. Instead of months of talking around the same issues, we dedicate one focused day to understanding your patterns, working with your differences, and practicing new strategies for connection.

Unlike ongoing therapy, an intensive gives you immediate focus and momentum. You’ll walk away with practical tools you can use right away at home. It’s not about endless sessions — it’s about a reset.

This workshop is for couples who feel “wired differently” — whether that’s cultural background, neurodiversity, relationship style (monogamous or CNM), or simply personality differences. It’s best for partners who want to stay together but feel stuck in the uncertainty of how to make all the pieces fit.

Your registration covers the full-day intensive, coffee/tea/snacks, a guided workbook, and a take-home goodie bag. You’ll also have the option to join us for a walk at Skylands Manor afterward — the perfect way to end the day.
